Do I have to use an ICF-accredited program to become credentialed?

No.  If you use non-ICF accredited program(s) towards your credential education requirement, you will need to supply robust student documentation to show what you were taught and for how long and map any relevant teaching to the ICF Core Competencies to demonstrate that you are meeting the Education Requirements for the level to which you are applying.  You will apply through the Portfolio path.
