I’m getting an error when uploading my files. Why won’t my documents upload?

There are typically two reasons why you may be having an issue uploading your documents.  

1. If you have had your application open for an extended period of time, for security reasons, the page may time out and will not allow actions (like uploading) to be taken.  Please leave your application by clicking on your name in the upper right-hand corner. Then access your application again and try the upload. 
2. Another reason for an upload issue is the file name and size. The document size must be under 95 MB. The file name should not contain any special characters (e.g., ? / | \ ! @ # = $ % +).
