I chose to pay the application fee in installments, how do I pay in full?

If you would like to complete the payment of your application fee:  

1. Access your ICF Profile.  
2. Scroll down to the "My Recent Invoice" section, click on "View All Invoices"  
3. Click into the invoice with the balance due for the application  
4. In the upper right side, click on "Add to Cart"  
5. Follow the prompts to submit payment
