Sample Business Closure and Teach-Out Policy

Starting on April 1, 2027, Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 accredited organizations will be required to maintain a documented business closure and teach-out policy covering learner communication, completion options, and record retention. Organizations will also need to ensure the policy is communicated or accessible to learners and understood by staff and faculty.
