How do I use my Learning Portal credits for my Credential Renewal?

Please note that these trainings are not automatically generated onto or within your renewal application. You will need to download your transcript and then upload it to your renewal application.


Any work completed on the ICF Learning Portal will not have a certificate. Instead, the credit is recorded on the Learning Portal Transcript. You will need to complete the learning checkpoint at the end of each training in order to receive credit for the training.


You can access your transcript within the Learning Portal by clicking on "My Transcript" which is located toward the top of the page on the left-hand side. You can also access your transcript within your ICF Profile by clicking on "Transcripts" which is located in your ICF Profile under "My Account Links". 


You will need to enter them into your renewal application by clicking "enter education hours".

From the drop down menu click "Program/Course/Event" & fill the information out that is on the summary of the transcript.


Attach the transcript in lieu of the certificate. 


After completion of a learning product, your credits are automatically reflected on the ICF Learning Portal. Below are the steps to download your transcript on the Learning Portal:

  1. Log onto the ICF Website, https://coachingfederation.org/
  2. Click “Sign In” and log in with your ICF login information
  3. Click “Access Profile” below your account details
  4. The “Transcript” link is on the right side under “My Account Links”
  5. Filter the dates you wish your transcript to reflect and click “Print”
