The Team Coaching Certification exam is based on the Team Coaching Competencies. It consists of both knowledge questions and scenario-based questions.
To get ready for the exam, I suggest studying the Team Coaching Competencies (watch the video!) and the ICF Code of Ethics, too.
As you go through them, think about your own team coaching practice and how you can apply these competencies in real situations. Also, review your team coaching program materials.
