In the online ICF ACTC application, applicants will provide the following information:
- The name of the organization that operated each team coaching program or course completed
- The name of each program or educational course submitted
- The total number of hours of each program or course submitted
- The estimated number of hours on team coaching within the program or course completed
- The start date for each team coaching program or course completed
- Certificate of completion (or letter) for each program or course
For any non-ICF accredited programs or courses provided toward this requirement, applicants will be required to provide a course outline or syllabus to demonstrate alignment of the curriculum to the ICF Team Coaching Competencies or ICF Core Competencies as applied in team coaching contexts, as well as a brief reflection on how each non-accredited program contributed to the applicant’s knowledge and skill development in team coaching practice.
