            Is the time a Mentor Coach spends observing the Mentee’s coaching counted toward the 10 hours of Mentor Coaching?

            No. Only the time spent in feedback and dialogue counts towards the 10-hour requirement for mentor coaching. The time the mentor spends observing a session does not count.
