At this time the only requirement to be a mentor coach is that you are ICF credentialed* at the level someone is applying or higher.
*For ACC credentialed coaches, you must have been through at least one credential renewal cycle before you are eligible.
For Mentor’s who would like to be listed on the Mentor Coach Registry, please check out the eligibility requirements on the Mentor Coach Registry information page located below. NOTE: You do not need to be on the Mentor Coach Registry in order to provide Mentor Coaching.
To be listed in the registry you must:
-Be an ICF Global Member in good standing
-Have held an ICF Credential for a minimum of three years
-Have Passed the ICF Coach Knowledge Assessment (CKA) or ICF Credential Exam
-Agree to follow the ICF definition of Mentor Coaching
-Agree to all terms and conditions and use accepted best practices in their work
-Pay an annual listing fee of $50 USD
