I coach for my work, as part of my job – does that count as paid coaching hours?

Yes. Internal coaching, which is when your job responsibilities include coaching, is considered paid coaching.

You may count hours for which your employer pays you to coach, with the exception of coaching of direct reports. Coaching individuals where you are their immediate supervisor cannot be counted as paid hours.
