Credential pins are mailed the month after the pin was purchases. Please allow 6 – 10 weeks from when you made the purchase to when you may expect your pin to arrive..
If after 10 weeks the pin has not arrived, please check the mailing address in your ICF profile. If all is correct, please reach out to ICF Customer Support to check on the status on the status of your pin.
NOTE: ICF is not able to track the pin once it has been shipped.
