For the PCC, you need a total of 125 hours of coach-specific education.
If the education you used for your ACC was for at least 125 hours and meets the PCC education requirements, you do not need to have any additional coach-specific education.
If your ACC original education was for less than 125 hours or does not meet the PCC requirements, then yes, you will need additional coach-specific education to add to your ACC education hours until you meet the education requirements.
