The ICF Credentialing Exam is a situational judgement exam that tests your knowledge of and ability to apply the ICF Core Competencies, ICF Code of Ethics and ICF definition of coaching in realistic coaching scenarios.
Each coaching situation presented is followed by four response options. From the four options you will be asked to select the best action and the worst action the coach could take. There is only one “correct” right action and one "correct" wrong action for each scenario.
