CSS - Resources for Applying

Are you looking to apply for the Coaching Supervisor Specialization (CSS)?

If so, here are some resources to help you understand what the process will look like, what you need in hand to complete the application, and the link to the page where you can create the application when you are ready.

Checklist for Coaching Supervisor Specialization (CSS)

• Ensure you hold an ICF PCC or MCC *
• Complete at least 41 hours of coaching supervision education.
• OPTIONAL: If you wish to be marked as eligible to provide coaching supervision to team coaches seeking to apply for or renew an ACTC, ensure your ICF ACTC or a credential or accreditation from another coaching professional body is current.
• Apply for the Coaching Supervisor Specialization (CCS).
• Receive your CSS Badge and addition on the Coaching Supervisor Registry.
• Join the ICF Coaching Supervision Community of Practice on ICF Engage.

* If you hold an advanced general coaching credential or accreditation from another coaching professional body contact support@coachingfederation.org for guidance on eligibility and how to apply.
